Social Media and Marketing Administrator for Insurance Industry

Position Info:

Social Media & Marketing Administrator (POS24136)

Location: Fourways

Salary: R 16000 to R 22000 per month

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media pages, creating engaging content, and staying updated with the latest social media marketing trends. The goal is to increase the brand's online presence and boost sales. Responsibilities include managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as creating, editing, and posting brochures, short videos, etc.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Graphic design experience and portfolio are highly advantageous
  • Experience in website maintenance
  • Immediate start or ASAP
  • Minimum of two years in social media and digital marketing
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is desirable

Duties:

  • Find Business on CRM System – Cross-selling the database – Health, Life & Risk
  • Prepare mailers and brochures, format content, arrange headers, and coordinate with team members – Promotional Content & Graphic Design
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand voice and reaches target audiences
  • Support sales and brand awareness through events and marketing initiatives
  • Track campaigns, events, email marketing, subscriber lists, and other information in CRM systems
  • Oversee the company's website and digital marketing efforts, including internal email campaigns
  • Assist with bulk mailings for newsletters, reports, end-of-year letters, etc.
  • Manage content for the company website and develop it using various platforms
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google AdWords for website performance tracking and optimization
  • Handle corporate gifts, wellness programs, social responsibility, public relations, and events
