A leading company in the digital marketing space is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance brand presence while driving engagement through innovative social media strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a content calendar, creating engaging content, and managing advertising campaigns, working collaboratively with teams to align digital content with broader marketing efforts. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have 2–4 years of proven experience in the field to excel in this dynamic role.
To develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage original and engaging content (graphics, video, copy).
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.
Track and analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with broader campaigns.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform changes.
Work with influencers and brand ambassadors when required.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Certification in social media marketing (e.g., Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or Google Digital Garage) is a plus.
Experience :
2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Proven track record of growing brand presence on social media platforms.
Experience with tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in managing paid ad campaigns and working with social media analytics.
Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and ROI measurement.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
