Social Media Manager

We're looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in lighting, interior design, and furnishings. If you have a passion for content creation, community building, and e-commerce, you’ll thrive in this fully remote role.

  • Full-time: 8 hours/day
  • Remote: South Africa-based, UK Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel strategy (including Instagram & Pinterest)
  • Schedule content that aligns with visual brand goals and voice
  • Engage with followers and manage community interaction
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging trends

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and social marketing materials
  • Use Adobe tools to craft engaging visuals (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Maintain premium aesthetics with high-res imagery
  • Write compelling captions that drive engagement

Analytics & Strategy Optimization

  • Monitor performance across platforms and email marketing
  • Use insights to fine-tune strategies for better engagement
  • A/B test creatives and messaging to optimize results
  • Report and track campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in social media marketing for an interior/industrial design company/industry
  • Deep knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Skilled in design, copywriting, and video editing
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency
  • Familiar with social media SEO and conversion strategies
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
