We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager and Marketer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a strong background in the retail sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote the brand and increase engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (including text, image, and video) that is tailored to our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with customers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that drive traffic to our shopping centre and increase sales for our retailers.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate innovative strategies to optimize our digital presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities to differentiate the Company and gain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is desirable.
