Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Remote) | Location: Remote, with 4+ hours daily overlap (flexible)
We’re looking for a full-time Social Media & Content Manager to grow the personal brand of a founder with 20k+ followers on Twitter and 19k+ on LinkedIn. This isn’t just another ghostwriting gig — we want someone who lives and breathes the internet, understands how to move fast with content, and knows how to make a personal brand feel like a product.
If you thrive on algorithms, know how to write in a way that cuts through the noise (AI-assisted or not), and love playing with formats across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and maybe even Threads or TikTok — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Own platform execution: Manage, schedule, and optimize content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (and more).
- Nail the founder’s voice: Create high-performing posts that feel personal, real, and on-brand.
- Spot opportunities: Track trends, memes, and timely topics to spark relevant content ideas.
- Clip & repurpose videos: Turn raw founder footage into engaging short-form content using tools like Descript or CapCut.
- Leverage AI tools: Brainstorm, write, revise, and iterate faster using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Keep the system humming: Stay organized with drafts, publishing rhythms, analytics, and platform best practices.
Who You Are
- You’ve worked with a founder or built a personal brand yourself.
- You’re a flexible, clear, and clever writer who can mimic tone naturally.
- You know how to navigate Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to maximize reach and engagement.
- You’re comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Descript, etc.
- You can edit short-form videos with tools like CapCut, Descript, or similar.
- You’re independent, proactive, and see content as a driver of growth, not just filler.
Bonus Points If You
- Have built your own audience online
- Understand content loops, virality, or growth tactics
- Have run social calendars and managed content pipelines
- Are tapped into meme culture and online trends
Tools You'll Likely Use
Notion, Descript, ChatGPT/Claude, Buffer or Later, Google Docs, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram — and anything else that helps you move fast and stay creative.
