We're looking for a FRACTIONAL savvy Social Media Manager with a knack for turning rich, high-quality content into scroll-stopping posts that spark engagement within our member and consistently provide insightful thought leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of using AI tools to scale content production, optimize performance, and stay ahead of trends. You'll work closely with thought leaders to amplify thought leadership across platforms with clarity, consistency, and creativity. If you're equal parts strategist, creator, and tech-savvy innovator—we want to hear from you. You will work max 2-days per week, and ideally be based in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria or Ghana to create seamless synergies with our existing global team.

Content Curation & Storytelling Expertise
Ability to extract key insights from books, articles, and research to craft compelling social media narratives.
Skilled in transforming complex ideas into engaging, digestible posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
Strong grasp of brand voice and tone to ensure messaging aligns with the organization's thought leadership.
Social Media Strategy & Audience Engagement
Experience developing and executing content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional platforms.
Expertise in social listening and analytics to tailor posts based on audience preferences and trending topics.
Proven ability to drive engagement, foster discussions, and amplify thought leadership content.
SEO & Multi-Format Content Adaptation
Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for discoverability.
Ability to repurpose thought leadership materials into short-form posts, infographics, videos, and interactive content.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to refine content performance.
