Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager who gets it. Someone who knows how to plan, create, and manage content that not only looks good but converts.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and run a clear social media strategy that supports business goals.
  • Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers to bring fresh campaign ideas to life.
  • Spot trends and jump on real-time opportunities to engage audiences.
  • Manage community interactions — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Track content performance, analyse data, and report on key metrics.
  • Research competitors and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to grow engagement and reach.
  • Build influencer and brand partnerships that boost visibility.
  • Stay on top of algorithm updates and platform changes.
  • Align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Keep the content calendar up to date and ensure consistent posting.
  • Support with social coverage at events, promotions, and live streams.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field advantageous.
  • Proven experience managing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools and video editing software (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Canva).
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and native platform analytics.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content formats, best practices, and audience dynamics.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Creativity and the ability to brainstorm innovative social media campaigns that capture attention and encourage audience interaction.
