As the Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client's social media strategy—from ideation to execution. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, craft compelling campaigns, and deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely, high-quality, and on-brand content delivery.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting, design, video, and influencer collaborations.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members and content creators.
  • Oversee community management and ensure timely, brand-aligned engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to support broader campaigns.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience with paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bonus Skills
  • Experience mentoring or managing a team.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
  • Knowledge of SEO and broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Industry experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or wine.
