We’re a small, creative agency based in Woodstock looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our in-office team. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social, enjoys fast-paced environments, and wants to grow in a collaborative, idea-driven space.

Job Spec:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and content teams to develop visually engaging, on-brand social media content
• Write compelling captions and post copy that align with brand tone and strategy
• Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to inform content direction
• Stay on top of social trends, tools, and platform updates, and recommend new opportunities.
• Support paid social campaign management and performance tracking when needed on Ads Manager.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars for client review and feedback

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their nuances
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and tone
• Proficiency with scheduling tools
• Confident in analysing basic performance data and preparing reports
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts or deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for digital marketing, content, and culture

Salary Bracket: R20 000 - R23 000. Depending on experience.
