This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visually-driven environment and is passionate about building brand presence through engaging and authentic content.

Role Overview : The Social Media & Content Manager will own the development and execution of social media strategy, content creation, and community management across various platforms. You will play a vital role in growing brand awareness and fostering a loyal customer base through compelling visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage a strategic social media content calendar.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Write clear, engaging, on-brand captions and campaign copy.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, gifting campaigns, and content collaborations.
  • Lead community engagement (respond to DMs, comments, repost UGC).
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and apply data-driven insights.
  • Manage scheduling tools like Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and e-commerce teams to align messaging.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years of social media and content experience, ideally in a DTC lifestyle or consumer brand.
  • Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with Canva, basic design or video editing a bonus.
  • Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and connecting with communities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team.
