Job title : Social Media & Content Creation Manager

Are you passionate about crafting compelling content, managing social media, and driving engagement? Do you have experience working across diverse platforms and industries? If so, we would love to consider your application to join our client's dynamic team in Cape Town !

What You’ll Do :

• Create Content : Develop captivating visuals and narratives for social platforms.
• Post Content : Manage and execute social media schedules across multiple channels.
• Promote Content : Utilize boosted / paid ads to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Retail / Influencer Engagement : Build meaningful connections with influencers and retail partners.
• Track Performance : Analyze KPI data to optimize strategies and deliver results.

About Our Client :

We’re a fast-paced , creative company managing four in-house brands across fitness, clothing, and jewellery. Our tools of the trade include Adobe, Shopify, Canva, and leading video editing platforms.

What You Bring :

• 3+ years of corporate, in-office experience in social media and content creation.
• Proven ability to manage long-term roles (2+ years in one position).
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Meta (Google / Facebook) Ads, and content platforms.
• A detail-oriented and conscientious personality with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Bonus : UX design and advanced Meta / Google Ad skills.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (essential).

Qualifications :

• A relevant degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Multiple references and a full work history are required.

Salary : R20,000 - R40,000 per month, depending on experience.

Type : Permanent, full time position based in office. Reporting to managing director and occasionally warehouse manager but the ideal candidate will be comfortable taking charge of social media and content creation initiatives.
