About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Social Media Appointment Setter to join our client’s team. This role is a blend of sales outreach and marketing support, focused on connecting with both cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships that lead to membership growth. The specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and driving engagement through initiatives such as Facebook groups, podcasts, and webinars.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make outbound calls to semi-warm leads, introducing membership benefits.
  • Use consultative conversations to qualify shop owners and assess fit.
  • Manage inbound leads from Facebook ads and respond within 3–5 minutes when possible.
  • Conduct discovery calls to pre-qualify prospects before passing them to the Sales Rep.
  • Engage prospects by inviting them to Facebook groups, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through phone, email, SMS, and social platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (GHL + Zoho) and track all outreach activities.
  • Track outreach, appointments, conversions, and share reports with the sales team.
  • Support marketing campaigns by driving engagement and community growth.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales and marketing experience (outbound calling + lead nurturing).
  • Proven success in appointment setting, discovery calls, and closing warm leads.
  • Strong English communication skills — neutral or light accent required.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Experience with CRM systems (GHL, Zoho preferred).
  • Familiarity with dialer tools (AirCall experience preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Position: Social Media Appointment Setter

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm MST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1400 to USD 1600 per month
