Overview

We're expanding our Managed Services team and are looking for a creative, confident, and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to help our clients shine on LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building relationships, and generating leads through social media while delivering outstanding client results.

Duties
  • Create and post engaging content for client LinkedIn profiles.
  • Manage social inboxes, respond to messages, and maintain client engagement.
  • Grow LinkedIn connections and manage social selling campaigns to generate leads.
  • Support webinars and events, including invitations, promotion, and follow-ups.
  • Track performance using analytics, reporting on results, and optimising content strategies.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing updates, blogs, and industry insights on your own profile.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong communication throughout campaigns.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management and account management.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident on client calls and in building relationships.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting digital tools and systems.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn about B2B industries, products, and services.
