• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, community development, or social impact work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in community engagement and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A passion for social justice and community empowerment.
• Familiarity with Soweto community dynamics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel within Gauteng as required for project activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of social impact projects and programs in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Liaise with community partners, beneficiaries, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, collect data, and contribute to impact assessment reports.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and community engagement events.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Identify opportunities to enhance impact and sustainability of initiatives.
• Support development of communication materials related to social impact projects.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and events as needed.
• Assist in recruitment and coordination of volunteers for specific projects.
