Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) or social impact assessment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of the social and economic landscape of Durban.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks for monitoring and evaluating program impact.
• Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to program outcomes.
• Prepare insightful reports, case studies, and presentations on social impact for various audiences.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure data collection processes are robust and effective.
• Stay abreast of best practices in social impact measurement and reporting.
