Placements24 is seeking a Social Impact Officer to monitor and report on the impact of programs in Soweto. You will work with program teams and beneficiaries to collect data, analyze results, and communicate successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research, or program management.
• Strong data analysis and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative results.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of social impact measurement principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement M&E frameworks for various projects.
• Collect and interpret data on program impact.
• Prepare impact reports for donors and stakeholders.
• Identify best practices to inform program design.
• Support data collection and evaluation methodologies.
• Contribute to learning and knowledge management efforts.
