Snr Technology Specialist (Process & Solutions) - HR

Our client in the Alcohol and distribution space seeks a Senior Technology Specialist (process and Solutions) or a highly experienced Business Analyst which has solid capabilities in the HR space for a contract role in Gauteng.

The successful candidate for this role would act as the D&T liaison with Functional Business Units (HR – People Function), concentrating on digital transformation, process optimization, solution identification and implementation, project management, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise business units on digital transformation strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements using technology.
• Design and align optimized business processes with IT teams.
• Review digital solutions post-implementation for effectiveness.
• Manage process changes and support system upgrades.
• Collaborate on architectural frameworks and agile development.
• Assess current systems for improvement opportunities.
• Lead and communicate progress on HR-related IT projects.
• Support data analytics, documentation, and vendor evaluations.
• Stay updated on technology trends and maintain system knowledge.
• Engage in industry forums and support digital solution strategies.

Requirements and Experience needed to apply:

• Relevant bachelor's degree backed by credible experience in information systems and technology management.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis and/or Solution Architecture (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems, BI tools, and Cloud application implementation.
• Strong in business process engineering and notation.
• Familiar with Solution Architecture principles.
• Solid project and change management experience (Agile preferred).
• Strong leadership, people management, and facilitation skills.
• Skilled in structured reporting and clear documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives and perform under pressure.
• Goal-driven and collaborative team player.
