Job description

Provide support to the Sales effort by offering technical and client-specific solution assistance to the BCX Sales team. This involves investigation, consultation, and a thorough understanding of the client's requirements, achieved through cooperation and interaction with the Client, Sales, Product Management, and Technical Architecture Divisions. The role plays a key part in developing new business and taking full responsibility for the complete solution response in proposal preparation.

Must have solid experience in Cyber Security Solutions, not just Network Security.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
  1. Assist the Sales team in identifying sales opportunities.
  2. Interpret and translate business requirements into an ICT Service solution.
  3. Support the Sales team in responding to new business opportunities.
  4. Evaluate proposed solution components to ensure consistency.
  5. Create proposals addressing Business Requirement Specifications, defining ICT Services solutions.
  6. Ensure elimination of cost duplication.
  7. Manage, coordinate, and facilitate the solution design process.
  8. Coordinate activities between Services and Sales to facilitate solution development.
  9. Schedule and facilitate solution development workshops.
  10. Follow the proposal format.
  11. Coordinate, manage, and schedule proposal dates and timelines.
  12. Conduct progress meetings.
  13. Present solutions.
  14. Provide consultation during the transition of solutions.
  15. Maintain end-to-end ownership of solutions to ensure favorable and repeatable business outcomes.
Experience

A minimum of 7 years' experience is required, with at least 2 years in a management role. If the candidate has only Grade 12, a minimum of 9 years' experience is required, including at least 2 years in management.
