Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Define and maintain BCX's enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmap.

Align IT strategy with business goals and operational requirements, ensuring a future-ready technology landscape.

Champion the adoption of a platform business model and Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) strategy.

Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and enforce architectural governance, policies, and standards.

Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and solutions for alignment with architectural principles and business fit.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.

Guide and validate solution architecture decisions on major programmes and initiatives.

Collaborate with Domain Architects (e.g., infrastructure, application, security, data) to develop reference architectures.

Ensure that architecture supports scalability, integration, resilience, and operational efficiency.

Facilitate business capability modelling and value stream mapping to drive transformation priorities.

Lead application and infrastructure portfolio rationalisation and cloud migration planning.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, IoT, and blockchain for BCX and its clients.
