We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet the strategic goals of our organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the telecommunications industry.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
Proactively source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled professionals in telecommunications.
Recruitment Process Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Market Insights and Stakeholder Collaboration
Provide insights on talent market trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks within the telecommunications sector.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns, industry events, and partnerships.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience preferably within the telecommunications industry. Proven track record of hiring for technical, operational, and executive-level roles.
Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications technologies, trends, and workforce demands is highly desirable.
