Position Overview

The role involves driving and optimizing business performance through strategic planning, process improvement, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work closely with Managing Executives across the Operate Business Unit, as well as the ME for Business Performance in Solutions and Commercial, to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals by analyzing customer trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success and analyze performance data to identify improvement areas, recommending strategies to enhance business performance.
  3. Work with various departments to foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across the organization, forming cross-functional teams to address challenges and opportunities.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs by collaborating with teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Support leadership by preparing reports, presentations, and analyses for meetings, and act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations for business success. Assist in initiatives to empower employees and increase productivity.
