Stefanutti Stocks Africa Shared Services is looking for an enthusiastic and specialized Snr Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a candidate who can ensure that all projects are managed to maximize profitability and revenue, while maintaining contractual entitlement and utilizing sound business systems. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and able to make decisive actions.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with a proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities
  1. Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favourable terms and compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.
  2. Overseeing contract execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms, and managing changes and variations in the contracts scope.
  3. Monitoring project expenses, managing cost overruns to keep the project within budget.
  4. Producing regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial indicators and potential risks.
  5. Managing and resolving claims or disputes with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favourable outcomes for the project.
  6. Close working relationship with the planner in order to ensure claims opportunities are timeously optimised.
