A well-established organization is seeking a Senior Business Developer for their Training Solutions division.

Role Overview

The Senior Business Developer is responsible for actively exploring and securing sales through outbound activities and business development within the Training Solutions portfolio, with an emphasis on customised solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with internal and external clients, industry organizations, and associations.
2. Manage contracts, oversee administrative tasks, ensure contractual obligations are met, and handle relevant risk management and corporate governance related to contracts, budgets, and timelines.
3. Draft proposals, submit bids/tenders, and handle registration as a supplier.
4. Communicate and report to all involved parties.
5. Compile, submit, and convert customized training solutions.
6. Market solutions and services to a diverse client base, including public, private, and international sectors.
7. Engage with stakeholders and build a network of industry knowledge experts and key contacts.
8. Prepare tenders covering the entire value chain.
9. Develop Business Intelligence (BI) and translate it into effective solutions and services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Training environment.
• At least 4 years in project and contract management, including project finance.
• Experience with tenders, quotations, proposals, and reporting.
• Valid Driver's License.
