We have clients that are expanding their school footprint and are seeking experienced managers to enhance their current staff teams.

Requirements for Heads / Deputies:

• Minimum of a BED or Post Graduate Certificate in Education
• 8 - 10+ years of teaching experience
• At least 5 years in a school leadership role

Requirements for Bursars / Operations and HR Managers:

• Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline, e.g., HR or Finance
• 3+ years in a SCHOOL environment
