Placements24 seeks a talented Smart Contract Developer in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, to write, test, and deploy secure contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains. You will implement DeFi lending, DEXs, yield farming, and NFT marketplaces, while ensuring gas efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts, with a portfolio including DeFi and NFT projects.
• Expertise in Solidity programming language and the EVM.
• Familiarity with smart contract development frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
• Strong understanding of DeFi concepts (AMMs, liquidity pools, staking) and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts and common vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts, with a strong portfolio showcasing DeFi and NFT projects.
• Expertise in Solidity programming language and the EVM.
• Familiarity with smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
• Solid understanding of DeFi concepts (e.g., AMMs, liquidity pools, staking) and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
