Description

The primary function of this vacancy is to present education training, modules and assist with planning, managing, and facilitating programs, manuals, and education platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs.
• Conduct Product Demonstrations.
• Provide Hands-on Instruction.
• Educating clients and professionals on Skincare Practices, Treatments, and Products through developing and delivering training programs.
• MUST be able to do product demonstrations, assess skin conditions, create personalised regimens, and provide hands-on training in various settings.
• Ability to be on the road conducting in-store training.
• Travel to clients to conduct training as required.
• Present and demonstrate skincare concepts to clients and professionals as the face of the company.
• Be punctual, display strong presentation skills, and maintain professional appearance.
• Confident with Virtual Education presentations such as ZOOM for International clients.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Beauty / Skincare & or Aesthetics with strong Beauty / Skincare ingredient knowledge.
• MUST have a CIDESCO, ITEC & or SAASHB Certificate.
• Assessors & or Facilitators qualification (BONUS).
• Train-the-Trainer BONUS
• 2-5 years of work experience in a Skincare Trainer role.
• MUST have Selling Skills.
• MUST have Skincare knowledge.
• MUST be able to travel to clients to conduct training.
• MUST be a valid driver\'s license & own a reliable car.
• MUST be able to commit long term
• English is mandatory.
  Communication (reading, writing, and speaking) is of utmost importance.
