Job Title: Skin Therapist - Sandton 40hr

Job Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg
Deadline: June 01, 2025

Key Responsibilities of our Retail Skin Therapists:

1. Perform all treatments and concept procedures regularly and according to the Dermalogica Standards.
2. Take ownership of monthly targets and keep abreast of daily goals and targets achieved.
3. Ensure accurate and detailed consultations and Face Mapping are conducted with each new client, and all records are updated after every visit on the POS system.
4. Assist consumers with retail and follow up with them telephonically or via email post product sales and treatments regarding their results and products used.
5. Be available for all relevant store activities including meetings, workshops, inventory management, unpacking orders, and sales promotions.
6. Maintain the treatment area and other work areas professionally, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and replenishing products.

Do you have the below skills?

1. Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 (minimum 3 years full-time experience).
2. Ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
3. Passion for retailing with a proven sales track record.
4. Confidence in engaging with customers.
5. Self-motivated attitude.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
