Skills Development, Employment Equity & B-Bbee Consultant

We are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking for potential candidates with expertise in skills development, employment equity, and B-BBEE consulting. We require candidates who have experience across all three disciplines, are capable of implementing effective structures, and are enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of our business.

Specific Qualifications:

1. A solid background in skills development consulting across different SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authority).
2. Proven knowledge and experience in employment equity practices and/or consulting.
3. A comprehensive understanding of B-BBEE compliance and consulting.
4. The ability to implement structured frameworks and methodologies in these areas.
5. A strong desire to collaborate and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Educational Requirement: Completed Bachelors Degree or LLB

This is a full-time position at the office; however, one or two days per week can be work from home depending on appointments.
