Job description

We are hiring the following positions: Site Supervisors / Senior Site Supervisors for a Consulting Electrical Engineering Company.

This contract position is site-based. The role involves:

• Providing overall supervision, monitoring, and assurance on project lines and substation activities.
• Monitoring contractors' progress in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Liaising with the Project Manager, Local Community Forums, and other stakeholders.
• Providing onsite supervision for all electrical works and site-related activities, including Quality Management, Schedule management, Environmental, and Health and Safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• Electrical / Civil National Technical Diploma / Civil National B. Tech.
• 3+ years of experience in supervising and managing construction activities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
