Site Supervisor / Senior Site Supervisor

We are hiring the following: Site Supervisors / Senior Site Supervisors for a Consulting Electrical Engineering Company.

This contract position is a site-based role. The role involves the following:

1. Provide overall supervision, monitoring and assurance on projects lines and substation activities.
2. Monitor contractors' progress in terms of approved schedules.
3. Liaise with the Project Manager, Local Community Forums, and other stakeholders.
4. Provide onsite supervision for all Electrical works and site-related activities assigned, including but not limited to Quality Management, Time Management (Schedule), Environmental and Health and Safety.

Qualifications:

1. Electrical / Civil National Technical Diploma / Civil National B. Tech.
2. 3 years or more experience in Supervising and managing.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
4. Strong Communication and Leadership skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
