Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Tire Fitment Centre in Cape Town. You will manage a client site, oversee tire fitting, and guide junior staff while handling on-site paperwork and stock control.

The role requires hands-on tire work, roadside breakdown response, and leadership of the client-site team. A Code 08 license is essential, with duties spanning from surveys to tire reports and follow-up on orders.

• Experience supervising a tire fitment site.
• Able to strip and fit tires and guide junior staff.
• Attend to roadside tire breakdowns.
• Maintain surveys, pressure and mm readings.
• Perform puncture repairs and pressure corrections.
• Stock control and paperwork.
• Manage staff on client site.
• Code 08 license essential.

Responsabilidades

• Strip and fit tires and guide junior staff on-site at client locations.
• Attend to roadside tire breakdowns and rapid response calls.
• Complete site surveys, record pressures and mm readings for quality checks.
• Carry out puncture repairs and adjust tire pressures as required.
• Keep site paperwork up to date and filed.
• Monitor stock levels and process orders for tires and accessories.
• Lead and supervise staff on the client site.
