Job summary

Fidelity Services Group invites applications for a Guarding Site Supervisor in Durban. The role ensures adherence to contractual terms and professional service delivery to the client across multiple sites.

The candidate should have 3+ years supervisory experience, PSIRA Grade A, CCTV investigations experience, and strong stock control and management capabilities, with no criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shifts are covered on a daily basis.
• Maintain discipline on all sites.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met as per the client.
• Maintain good relations between Fidelity FSS and client.
• Manage response and investigation of serious incidents on all sites.
• Liaise daily with Area Manager on operational issues.
• Submit relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by Area Manager and client.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

An opportunity exists for a Guarding Site Supervisor at Durban. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10
• Previous supervisory experience (3yearsminimum)
• PSIRA registered (Grade A)
  
• CCTV Investigations
• Stock control experience

• Roster Management experience
• No Criminal Record

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: (Not totally inclusive):

• Ensuring that all shifts are covered on a daily basis.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline on all sites
• Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
• Maintaining good relations between Fidelity FSS and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
• Managing the response and investigation of serious incidents on all sites
• Liaising daily with Area Manager on various operational issues.
• Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by the Area Manager and client
