About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at various client locations in and around Benoni . This critical role ensures the delivery of high-quality cleaning services, manages a team of cleaning staff, and maintains excellent client relationships. You will be responsible for daily supervision, quality checks, staff training, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met on-site, playing a key role in the consistent delivery of exceptional service within the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning standards, identify any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
