We're Hiring: Site Supervisor – BlackRock (Kuruman, Northern Cape)

This exciting leadership role is based in Kuruman, Northern Cape, reporting directly to the Regional Manager – Northern Cape, and leading a skilled team of BEV Technicians, Battery Technicians, and Field Service Technicians. Candidates from the area are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Are you passionate about mining operations and team leadership? Epiroc South Africa is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee service implementation across multiple shafts at our BlackRock site. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the implementation of project services in line with contractual obligations.
  • Attend and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings.
  • Identify and resolve operational shortfalls.
  • Monitor and report on project performance and team productivity.
  • Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
  • Promote compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act.
  • Facilitate training and ensure team competency aligns with Epiroc standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked, safety issues, and team performance.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other Epiroc divisions on site.
  • Manage team logistics including leave, PPE, medicals, and vehicles.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold “The Epiroc Way.”
What We’re Looking For
  • Trade Qualification: Millwright
