We are seeking an LCS Site Supervisor to join our Rustenburg LCS team. You will be responsible for providing Metso’s customers with professional technical support of its products.
This position involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers at the customer site level and promoting Metso’s value-added offerings to create a healthy business with high customer satisfaction. You will report to the Site Manager.
This role is primarily based in Rustenburg Northwest at the Waterval Smelters site.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as the LCS Support Centre, to ensure a shared understanding and application of technical and safety support to deliver excellent customer service on Metso’s equipment.
You will be responsible for operations including:
Metrics include safety (LTI, near misses, accidents), financial (EBIT, costs), personnel (overtime, sickness), operational (maintenance backlog, equipment availability), safety KPIs, customer and employee satisfaction surveys, and operational KPIs.
