• 2 ans d'expérience vérifiable dans l'industrie de la construction.
• Connaissance des processus de construction et capacité à lire des plans architecturaux.
• Permis de conduire valide et véhicule fiable.

The Role

Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Start Date : Immediately

The Construction Site Supervisor will report to the Senior Project Manager.

If you have 2 years of recent experience in the building industry which has been gained while working for a recognized company (not self-employed or consulting), and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, please take a look at the below details :

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Supervise on-site contractors, ensuring quality and project timelines are met.
• Ensure all projects are delivered to high standards, on time, and within scope.

Ideal Profile

• You have working knowledge of Site Supervision and Construction and builds
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• 2 years of recent, verifiable experience in the building and construction industry with a recognized company.
• Matric and Building / Construction certification will be a bonus!
• The ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read architectural drawings.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
• References from previous employers are essential.
