Job description

Our client is a household name with a footprint across multiple locations in Sub-Saharan Africa. Known for their ability to evolve with the times, they have consistently expanded their brand, offerings, and client base, securing a strong presence in a competitive market. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Services Manager at their logistics facility in Pinetown.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimising all campus engineering processes to ensure the site runs efficiently and in full compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. You will be expected to uphold and enforce OSHA and SABS standards across the facility, while building and sustaining a results-driven, high-performance culture within your technical team. The role requires hands-on involvement in technical operations, process improvement initiatives, and maintenance planning.

The ideal candidate holds a National Diploma or a 4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment. Project management experience and exposure to Six Sigma methodologies are essential, as is prior work within a logistics or supply chain environment. Preference will be given to EE candidates, in line with our client’s transformation objectives.
