• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Security Manager located in the City of Cape Town. The Site Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, including coordinating with security personnel, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They will develop and implement security strategies, handle incident reports, and provide regular updates to management. Additionally, the manager will liaise with clients to ensure their security needs are met and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing security situations and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations
• Previous experience in security management or a similar role is preferred
• Minimum PSIRA Grade B (Registered and Valid)
• Health and Safety knowledge/experience (advantageous)
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of ±70 security officers
• Clean criminal and credit record
• Own reliable transport
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Must be available to start immediately
