Job Description

THE JOB AT A GLANCE

  • Implement and maintain QMS in Tiger factory & warehouse and drive everyday execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Implement and manage quality management systems :

  • Ensure adherence and maintenance of QMS admin
  • Develop and implement quality related SOP’s and Work instructions
  • Drive and track quality KPI’s Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (Municipality, government bodies) Manage and host external audits.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant legal, statutory and internal requirements / standards and validation thereof.
  • Implement, maintain and test site traceability systems.
  • Site custodian of all specifications and ensure adherence.

Implement and manage HACCP :

  • Develop, implement, monitor and review HACCP studies
  • Implement and manage allergen control program
  • Ensure compliance to pre-requisite program.
  • Ensure compliance to micro requirements and standards.
  • Implement and ensure compliance to hygiene standards.
  • Develop and validate cleaning procedures.

Management of measurement and testing equipment and processes :

  • Manage incoming raw material and drive compliance to specification.
  • Design and implement sampling plans.Manage supplier performance.
  • Work in progress and finish product release.
  • Decide final disposition for non- conforming product (Product non- conformance management)
  • Manage laboratory operations and adhere to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement weight control verification program.

Lead Quality Improvement program :

  • Lead and organize site MECP quality pillar.
  • Manage non-conformance system.
  • Analyze, review, report marketplace feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement for strategic suppliers.
  • Ensure process capability and drive improvement / optimization.
  • Initiate and drive quality improvement projects.
  • Input into the product innovation.
  • Support trails.
  • Drive the quality gate keeping (TIP) process.
  • Drive and manage quality cost improvement initiative.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise.

Manage People, Culture & Linkage :

  • Develop and deliver quality training.
  • Coach quality teams and other functional teams.
  • Drive quality culture building activities.
  • Participate in business unit and group community of practices.
  • Build and grow network / linkage with external stakeholders.
  • Develop teams.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing. (Covered at least two pillars of quality)
  • Minimum 2 year in a leadership role
  • Experience in managing external audits
