We are seeking an experienced Site Planner to join our team, responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining construction schedules and plans to meet contractual requirements and targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
Create, update, and maintain construction schedules and plans to meet contractual requirements and targets
Manage interdependencies of project workflow in an organized manner
Conduct quality checks on plans and schedules to ensure compliance with best practices
Monitor program workflows and raise early warnings for identified risks
Support project management with Extension of Time claims
Analyze subcontractor programs, including critical path analysis, risk analysis, and program quality checks
Effectively communicate project progress and possible alternative plans to recuperate possible project deviations
Establish and maintain project reporting, including internal and external stakeholders
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project control
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies
Requirements :
Master's degree in Project Management or PMP is a plus or Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
Minimum 2 years' experience in EPC project execution
Minimum 4 years' project execution experience in medium to large size projects
Experience with planning software (Project, Primavera, etc.)
MS Office advanced skills
Strong knowledge of project management principles, including PMBOK
Experience in Contract, Risk, and Procurement Management is a plus
