An established industry player is seeking a diligent individual to manage stock levels and oversee the handling of bulk concentrated chemicals. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness of storage areas, inspect equipment for leaks, and maintain sterilization processes. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you conduct inspections and assist with maintenance activities. Check and record all stock levels
Check and record all stock levels for bulk concentrated CIP chemicals.
Oversee receiving of bulk stock
Supervise the receipt of bulk stock deliveries.
Clean sampling lines
Ensure sampling lines are cleaned properly.
Maintain good housekeeping
Keep the bulk storage areas and CIP stations clean and organized.
Inspect equipment for leaks
Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, and pipework.
Perform descales as required
Carry out descaling procedures as necessary.
Manage sterilization processes
Prepare sterilant baths, sterilant or line sterilization solutions, and perform CIP self-cleaning.
Transfer chemicals
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks if needed.
Inspect CIP fittings
Ensure all CIP fittings are stored correctly.
Sterilize equipment
Sterilize fixtures such as yeast rooms, GPA, ACFs, etc.
Stock taking and receiving deliveries
Conduct stock counts and receive chemical deliveries.
Maintain line chemicals
Check and replace chemicals on the line as necessary.
Conduct descales and boil outs
Perform descale and chemical boil-out procedures as needed.
Test CIP parameters
Monitor and test CIP system parameters.
Support maintenance activities
Assist during planned maintenance days.
Inspect lines
Perform line inspections focusing on lubrication and nozzles.
