This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong business acumen, team management skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in fuel retail, convenience, or hospitality operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Financially savvy with experience in stock control, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS/inventory systems.
