Description
- We are growing our Cleaning Services and require skilled and competent Site Managers to join the Ecowize Group.
Job Specification :
- Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site.
- Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.
- Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and gather customer feedback.
- Manage site budgets and man-hours as per shift schedule.
- Responsible for staff management and resolving HR-related matters.
- Coach and mentor staff, as well as develop skills.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Drive Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.
- Address non-conformance issues of micros out of specification and follow up on NCRs.
- Liaise daily with customers.
- Assist with recruitment for the region as needed.
- Coordinate training interventions at site level.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Deep cleaning experience is essential.
- Experience in dry plant cleaning is advantageous.
- Management or Food Technology qualification (advantageous).
- Experience in FMCG and/or cleaning industry is essential.
- Staff management and labor relations experience is essential.
- Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous.
- Own reliable transport and willingness to travel are essential.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
