Position: Site Manager Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager Maintenance to oversee shutdowns, maintenance, and project installations on customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and maintenance schedules to meet deadlines agreed with customers.
• Handle site administration, including communication with clients, monitoring progress, managing labor requirements, ensuring quality standards, preparing production orders, defining scope of work, and compiling data books with reports and specifications for site supervisors.
• Address all HR issues on site, including grievances, disciplinary actions, motivation, and employee wellbeing.
• Serve as the appointed site 16.2.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain site safety documentation to protect all employees.
• Manage maintenance/shutdown crew members to ensure timely work completion, adherence to hours, and effective communication with customers about critical issues.
• Conduct customer visits, attend meetings to foster existing relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
• Assess labor force for training purposes.
• Ensure adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance standards.

Required Experience:

• Qualified artisan, preferably Fitter, Boilermaker, or Welder.
• Minimum 5 years managing supervisors and artisans on sites.
• At least 3 years in a technical managerial role.
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of NEC 3 contract.
• Formal safety and quality training.
