Site Manager (Junior)

Site Manager (Junior) position available in Paarl.

We’re looking for a reliable, practical young person (ideally a recently matriculated Afrikaans-speaking) who is hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the joinery and site management space.

Location: Based in Paarl, working across the Boland.

Start Date: ASAP.

Company Vehicle Provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in overseeing joinery projects and on-site installations.
• Travel between sites in the Boland area (vehicle provided).
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Keep things running smoothly on site — monitor quality, timelines, and health & safety.
• Sort out problems on the go — thinking on your feet is key.
• Keep an eye on materials, tools, and site activity.

You Are:

• A hard-working, trustworthy, and practical person.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and can speak/understand English.
• Great with common sense and can figure things out on your own.
• Willing to learn and not scared to get your hands dirty.
• Able to lead others with time and take ownership of a site.
• Driver’s licence required — you’ll get a company vehicle to use.

• Problem-solving ability.
• Reliability and willingness to grow into a full Site Manager role.
