Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a major civil engineering and remediation contractor delivering projects across the North West. The role focuses on remediation, earthworks, and cut & fill operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high standards on site.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials, and maintain quality and compliance while driving productivity to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within remediation, earthworks or civil engineering.
• Strong background in cut & fill and bulk earthworks projects.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major civil engineering and remediation contractor delivering projects across the North West. With a strong pipeline of secured work and multiple schemes already in progress, this is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager seeking a long-term freelance assignment with the possibility of moving between projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing remediation, earthworks and cut & fill operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
