Rosond is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our exploration drilling sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all site-based drilling operations
2. Ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety regulations
3. Identify and manage operational risks
4. Oversee planning, cost management, and resource allocation
5. Foster a strong team culture focused on safety, performance, and accountability

Qualifications:

• A Grade 12 certificate (higher qualification is an advantage)
• At least 10 years' experience in exploration drilling, including 3 years as a Site Manager
• Proven experience managing a drilling site with strong leadership skills

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to identify and manage drilling site risks
• Knowledge of applicable Mine Health and Safety standards
• Ability to execute cost evaluation and operational planning
