Job Title: Site Manager - Cape Town (Western Cape)

Description

We are expanding our Cleaning Services and are seeking a skilled and competent Site Manager to join the Ecowize Group.

Job Specification:
  1. Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site.
  2. Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility that meets customer standards.
  3. Utilize site information to complete inspections, micros, audits, and gather customer feedback.
  4. Manage site budgets and man-hours according to shift schedules.
  5. Oversee staff management and resolve HR-related issues.
  6. Coach and mentor staff, developing their skills.
  7. Promote Occupational Health and Safety and recommend process improvements.
  8. Ensure daily compliance with internal audits.
  9. Address non-conformance issues of micros out of specification and follow up on NCRs.
  10. Liaise daily with customers.
  11. Assist with regional recruitment as needed.
  12. Coordinate training interventions at the site level.
Requirements:
  1. Grade 12 qualification.
  2. Management or Food Technology qualification (advantageous).
  3. Experience in FMCG and/or the cleaning industry is essential.
  4. Staff management and labour relations experience is required.
  5. Experience with Hygiene Quality Management Systems is advantageous.
  6. Own reliable transport and willingness to travel.
  7. Proficiency in English.
  8. Strong administrative skills.
  9. Flexibility to work at various sites on short notice.
  10. Ability to work a strict shift schedule, including weekends.
  11. Experience in the food production industry.
  12. Ability to manage operational flow efficiently.
  13. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  14. High work standards, energetic, and driven.
