SITE MANAGER AT OPEN CAST MINE (pOS24211)

AREA : RUSTENBURG

SALARY : R25 – 30,000 pm

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Matric
• MAP / PMD
• 5+ years of work experience in contracts management and relationships management
• Experience at an Open Cast Mine is required
• Driver's License

Site Management Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on all sites
• Ensure successful delivery of the scope and measurements as per client contract
• Maintain high safety standards
• Manage, coordinate, and execute tasks as per schedule
• Maintain a professional appearance of employees, offices, vehicles, and stores
• Attend all client meetings
• Ensure site accessibility for stakeholders with necessary tools and vehicles
• Ensure safety packs and contractor packs are up to date with signatures
• Conduct safety, quality, and control inspections daily
• Coordinate employee schedules for adequate site coverage
• Mediate on-site conflicts and report to relevant departments
• Conduct regular task observations
• Discuss weekly safety topics on-site
• Mentor and develop staff
• Manage customer relationships
• Increase productivity and safety
