Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager at Robusta Projects in Johannesburg. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, managing construction teams including all employees and sub-contractors, coordinating with subcontractors, quantifying and ordering materials, and planning required tools and plant.

The Site Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on site and will be required to take site measurements of all works as well as updating the director and GM with updates and progress reports.

1. Site Management and Site Supervision experience
2. Knowledge and understanding of building regulations
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
4. Experience in managing construction projects
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Health and Safety knowledge and understanding of the act and processes for site
8. Understanding, reading, and planning programs for sites
9. Ability to read and fully interpret construction drawings
10. Good measuring and mathematical skills
11. Work well as a team with full communication
12. Time-oriented and program-driven
13. Valid Driver's License
